Through your subscription or use of Setld:
- You can incorporate Setld’s dispute resolution clause into your contracts.
- You may initiate claims against clients under the Setld process.
- You access tools, templates, claim forms, training, and dispute resolution guidance.
- We administer the expedited arbitration process outlined in the Setld Rules.
We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Use Setld for business purposes (not for personal or consumer disputes);
- Have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate.
4. Your Account
Certain services require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your account information is accurate;
- Keeping your login details confidential;
- Any activity on your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Your Use of Setld
You must not:
- Use Setld for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;

All content, materials, templates, and the Setld platform are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform and materials solely for your business needs under these Terms.

Any dispute between you and Setld concerning these Terms or our services will be resolved:
- First, by informal negotiation;
- If unresolved, by binding arbitration under the Setld Rules.
You agree not to bring disputes before courts unless arbitration fails.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms;
- Your subscription payments fail;
- We cease to offer services for business reasons.
On termination, your access to Setld materials will end.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Setld provides a platform to facilitate arbitration and dispute resolution; outcomes are decided by independent arbitrators.
- We do not guarantee the success of any claim.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setld is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

- Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
